Send only one listing per email with pictures and complete description, zip code if you do not want to put complete address of your listings. Listings without pictures are not posted.

Important Reminders: 

Send only direct listings or a listing you can share with co-broker 50-50 .
One listing per email  with at least 5 pictures in jpeg file only. Original pictures or at least 50 KB per picture.  
NO PDF or links! We will not post pdf files or download from link

                    How many floors?/storeys/ if with attic/loft

                    High Ceiling?

    Materials used (Highlight if special or imported materials used in the finishing, or if all concrete (buhos) type of flooring in ground floor, second floor etc.

                    Age of the house

                    Architectural type (Mediterranean, Zen, Asian tropical, if Architect is well-known)

                    Roofing made of (if special type ex tegula, shingles, corrugated etc

                    Other special features – if with Jacuzzi, bath tub, patio, balcony

    The community:

    If inside a subdivision : describe or mention like what are amenities, pool, basketball       court, tennis court, etc

                    Location of the community – schools nearby, commercial establishments, hospitals          

                    Travel time to Makati, or QC, depending on nearest CBD

              

    If Condominium:

                    Name of development, what floor?

                    No of bedrooms/ toilet and bath

                    Furnished/unfurnished

                    View from the unit

                    Parking how many included

                    Association dues how much if rental if included in the monthly rent

                    Amenities of the condo project

                    Location of the condo- proximity to business districts and/or commercial establishments

                    Terms

    If LOT or RAWLANDS

    General location, proximity to nearest highway, description of land if agricultural, industrial, zoning restrictions, suggest ideal use

                    Total lot area, in square meters or hectares

                    Pictures  of the lot, the road, the environment, landmarks so buyers can identify the land.

            In this directory, we want to promote the PROFESSIONALS not just our listings but our expertise and credibility. We also accept APPRAISERS and ASSESSORS and they can have their own business page for only P2,500 for 12 months subscription. As Appraiser or Assessor

For paid subscription for Brokers or ABC (P5,000 annual or 12 months).    By becoming a paid subscriber, you are not only promoting your business online but also helping our advocacy against colorums.
